We strive to ensure optimum performance of your equipment

We have recommended maintenance programmes in order to ensure optimum efficiency and operation of equipment throughout its lifecycle. We also run courses to cover best practice for maintenance contractors.

Dedicated interfaces for efficient control

We have dedicated controllers designed for energy efficient control of our HVAC systems. Our range of controllers can also control third-party equipment, allowing for easy, advance saving and energy metering across the whole building. With our Remote Monitoring Interfaces, you can control and monitor all systems via a PC or smart device.

We believe that global climate challenges need local solutions. Our aim is to help you to reduce the energy consumption of your buildings, reduce carbon emissions and lower running costs.

Each team within Mitsubishi Electric strives to provide customers with the best possible service; whether its pre-sales design and specification, installation and after-sales maintenance support, we can offer solutions that deliver the quality and excellence you would expect to help make a world of difference.

HVAC suitable for small & medium offices

Split air conditioning systems such as the Mitsubishi Electric M Series & Mr Slim range are perfect for small to medium-sized office spaces that have a heating or cooling requirement. Split systems (such as the MXZ-F range) are able to operate with up to six indoor units connected to a single outdoor unit.

Indoor air quality is a key issue for regulations and building occupants. This is particularly important for the modern office environment where extraction of indoor pollutants, bacteria, and viruses is critical for occupant well-being and reassurance. Mitsubishi Electric Lossnay ventilation systems provide clean, fresh air while reducing energy bills with their energy-efficient heat recovery.

The Ecodan R32 monobloc air source heat pumps utilise advanced technologies and R32 refrigerant to deliver improved efficiencies. Designed to satisfy larger domestic premises, these systems can also be applied to smaller commercial properties such as offices. The patented Zubadan technology is able to maintain a stable heat output at very low temperatures.

The popular PAR-33MAA is a simple and easy-to-use remote controller, enabling localised control. The PAR-33MAA can also be locked or have its functionality limited as necessary according to management requirements.

The advanced PAR-U02MEDA is a remote controller with a touch screen for simple operation. It also includes a PIR Occupancy Sensor to allow the air conditioning to be switched on and off automatically when a room is occupied or unoccupied.

Thanks to the COVID-19 pandemic, more of us are spending time working at home however, we still have a requirement to work in cool, productive environments. our M-Series range offers fully controllable Wall mounted air conditioning or floor-mounted air conditioning, available in an array of stylish slimline designs to suit any modern home.

HVAC suitable for large offices

VRF and Hybrid VRF systems are the perfect solutions for large office buildings. Heat recovery systems provide simultaneous heating and cooling with the benefit of heat recovery. By moving energy where it’s needed, power input is reduced by up to 30%. These systems are ideal for offices, where there are different heating and cooling requirements throughout the building such as meeting rooms and personal offices.

The WizardX-G07 E-OU Air Handling Unit is a comprehensive system that regulates and conditions the air in a building. AHUs are responsible for maintaining proper ventilation, controlling temperature and humidity levels, and filtering contaminants from the air.

Decisions taken on which heating technology to use will affect the performance of a building for many years to come. The need to address the urgent issues of climate change as well as fuel security and rising prices are key, and with heating accounting for more than half of the total energy consumed by an average commercial property, this is the obvious area to target to make the required difference.

Our CAHV-R is our new commercial air source heat pump which utilises low GWP R454C refrigerant, offering a robust, low-carbon system for the provision of sanitary hot water and space heating.

The MEHP-iS-G07 is the new Mitsubishi Electric heat pump range manufactured to the highest standard quality and features. Suitable for a range of different applications.

Modular chillers, such as the e-Series allow for up to six individual units to connect together to provide a highly flexible system. This is an ideal solution for buildings that are gradually increasing in occupancy and capacity as modular chiller systems can be added to in the future.

With more companies investing in technology to support hybrid & remote working, there is a requirement to cool the spaces which contain expensive IT equipment. Businesses rely on critical systems such as remote room booking systems, VOIP calling, and VPN access to run their business and a system outage due to overheating is not ideal. Mitsubishi Electric’s s-MEXT CRAC (computer room air conditioning) technology offers robust and high-precision IT cooling.

The AE-200E is our most popular touch screen centralised controller and includes a raft of important features such as energy monitoring. The 10.4” touchscreen controller and easy-to-use interface provide the ability to set up a weekly schedule, as well as offer a host of energy-saving features.

The added benefit of using Ecodan system is that it offers greater control for individual offices and also qualifies for the non-domestic Renewable Heat Incentive, so this can help supplement the running costs for the next 20 years.

We have used the latest Mitsubishi Electric technology, which means running costs savings and carbon reduction are between 30% and 50% when old R22 equipment is replaced with like for like sizes. Furthermore, we have teamed the upgrade of the air conditioning systems with state of the art controls to not only provide the optimum air environment but support operations to minimise running costs and to preserve energy.

By limiting the temperature range within the meeting and training rooms we have been able to prevent the "yo-yo‟ effect which you can get when people are using the rooms intermittently throughout the day.
