Benefits to housing associations

A range of products that meets essential requirements

We have a range of heating and ventilation equipment that meets the essential requirements of new and existing homes, no matter what their size or age. This includes in-built innovation and reliability, providing a comfortable environment and helping tenants reduce running costs, whilst you lower carbon emissions and improve your housing stock.

A focus on understanding the key housing challenges

We have a range of documents to help installers, Housing Associations, landlords, and tenants understand the housing challenges ahead. We also have an online blog site called The Hub where the key housing issues are discussed by industry experts including external editors of major housing magazines.

We strive to ensure optimum performance of equipment

We have recommended service and maintenance plans in order to ensure optimum efficiency and operation of equipment throughout its lifecycle. We also run courses to cover best practice for maintenance contractors.

Dedicated interfaces for efficient control

We have dedicated controllers designed for energy efficient control of our heating and ventilation systems. For our market-leading, Ecodan range we have MELCloud control which enables you and your tenants to monitor their Ecodan system via their smartphone. MELCloud also provides you with advance reporting and monitoring and with an additional Metering, Monitoring and Servicing Package (MMSP) renewable heating systems can be eligible for additional payback incentives from the Government.

We believe that global climate challenges need local solutions. Our aim is to help you to reduce the energy consumption of your buildings, lower carbon emissions and lower running costs for tenants.

Each team within Mitsubishi Electric strives to provide customers with the best possible service; whether its pre-sales design and specification, installation and after-sales maintenance support, we can offer solutions that deliver the quality and excellence you would expect to help make a world of difference.

Happy Customers

Seriously I can feel the difference, it’s miles better. The heat is retained and it is lovely and warm in the morning in the whole apartment.

Avril
Tenant,
St Vincent’s House

With energy costs on the rise, one of our top priorities was to develop homes that were fuel efficient to help our tenants avoid falling into the fuel poverty trap. We are also very aware of the effect that carbon emissions have on the environment, and as a Trust, we are also keen to reduce these emissions from our properties.

We are strong believers in heat pumps as they provide low-cost continuous heat, benefiting both our tenants and our houses.
