Need a heat pump engineer for a repair?

One-Off heat pump repair

If you need a one-off heat pump repair, you can book an Ecodan Expert Engineer visit with Mitsubishi Electric. Simply complete the enquiry form below with as much detail as you can and a member of our team will be in touch to schedule a visit.

The cost of an Ecodan heat pump engineer visit is £309 which includes one initial diagnosis visit and 12-months guarantee on the works carried out. This gives you peace of mind that should the same problem happen again, we’ll come back and put it right!

Additional visits are subject to a £68 hourly charge if required.

Please note; during peak-seasonal demand, wait-times for scheduling an engineer visit can be impacted due to high volumes of enquiry. Rest-assured our customer care teams are working hard behind the scenes to schedule our engineer visits as quickly as possible.
