This free-of-charge training course is designed for professionals across various roles within M&E contractor companies who need to understand how to specify, apply, commission, and service CAHV commercial heating heat pumps.

Course Format: Blended Learning

This course follows a blended learning format, consisting of:

• Mandatory online pre-learning (3–4 hours), to be completed over a 2-week period before the in-person session
• A customised, full-day face-to-face session at our Hatfield (North London) head office, including a commercial HVAC product overview

Important: Completion of the online pre-learning is required to attend the in-person training. The date shown on the website refers to the face-to-face session, so please ensure you allow time to complete the online module in advance.

What to Expect from the In-Person Session

• A live demonstration of a working CAHV-R air source heat pump
• A commercial HVAC product overview to broaden your technical understanding
• Opportunities to ask questions, prepare for real-world commissioning, and identify common system errors
• Optional use of VR headsets for enhanced learning (not essential)
