• The redemption code can only be redeemed online at les.mitsubishielectric.co.uk/engineer-voucher further subject to our Ecodan Homeowner Service & Maintenance Terms & Conditions which can be found at https://les.mitsubishielectric.co.uk/homeowners/heating-service-and-maintenance/ecodan-homeowner-service-and-maintenance. • The redemption code entitles you to a saving on a new order placed and is not valid for renewal.
• The redemption code is only valid for the following Ecodan Heating Service & Maintenance plans:
  
  • Yearly System Service
  • 3 Diamond Cover
• In the event of cancellation made in accordance with our service terms mentioned above, any refund will be based on the discounted price.
• Vouchers have no cash redemption value and are not transferable or assignable.
• Vouchers cannot be used with in conjunction with any other promotional discounts, unless otherwise stated.
• We, Mitsubishi Electric Europe B.V. (UK Branch), reserve the right to decline any order where, in our opinion, a redemption code is invalid.
• We further reserve the right to modify or cancel any voucher at any time.
• Your use of a redemption code indicates your agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
