Terms of Sale of Branded Goods

The following Special Terms & Conditions apply in addition to Mitsubishi Electric’s

standard terms and conditions of sale. In the event of conflict, these Special Terms & Conditions prevail.

You must have sufficient RDF accrual before placing your order. Mitsubishi Electric will invoice you for the total amount and shall apply funds from your RDF accrual for 50% of the cost of goods ordered plus all VAT due in respect of those sums.

The remaining balance for payment (including remaining VAT) is for payment in accordance with our standard terms and conditions of sale.

All goods are supplied as co-branded goods. Therefore, all orders are non-cancellable as they are customised.

As a pre-condition to order progress, you must supply your company’s logo in EPS / Vector format or saved as a high resolution PDF.

Please also confirm the relevant Pantone colours required for your logo.

Mitsubishi Electric will submit your logo to its supplier: Mitsubishi Electric will approve co-branding artwork so that the two logos are scaled to reasonably proportionate levels.

All goods are subject to availability from Mitsubishi Electric’s suppliers. Mitsubishi Electric reserves the right to withdraw any goods from its catalogue at any time without prior notice and to refuse orders where goods are not available from its suppliers.

Deliveries will only be made to UK, Channel Islands and Isle of Man. Mitsubishi Electric reserves the right to apply delivery charges for clothing and other equipment which you require to be delivered outside mainland Great Britain.

Goods will be delivered direct to your premises by Mitsubishi Electric’s supplier. You must sign a proof of delivery. If you refuse delivery, you must contact Mitsubishi Electric immediately stating your reasons for refusal (e.g. transit damage) failing which Mitsubishi Electric reserves the right to apply a charge for repeat delivery.

Mitsubishi Electric's suppliers can flex bulk deliveries (e.g. 100 or more units of any goods) to allow for losses in production. Therefore, bulk deliveries may vary in actual delivery quantity by plus or minus 5% and chargeable values to you will be adjusted accordingly. Please bear this in mind if you require a minimum quantity for a bulk delivery.

Mitsubishi Electric's liability for non-delivery or unreasonably late delivery is limited to order value.

All goods should conform to specification at point of delivery. You are entitled to the benefit of a 12 months' commercial guarantee for non-consumable goods: this ranks as our ‘Product Guarantee’ and entitles you to request replacement upon return of the faulty goods but note you may be requested to allow Mitsubishi Electric's supplier to collect that item for inspection. Where faulty goods are non-replaceable you will be eligible for full credit. Any credit will be made back to your RDF fund.
