Why We Relocated Our Distribution Operations

We have invested in the future of our supply chain with a new state-of-the-art Sustainable Distribution Centre in Northampton. Spanning 1.2 million sq ft, this facility has been designed to deliver greater efficiency, flexibility and resilience, helping us better serve our customers today and support future growth.

Featuring intelligent automation, including AS/RS technology, autonomous mobile robots (AMRs) and 4-way pallet shuttle systems, the centre is built to enhance operational performance while supporting our sustainability ambitions through net-zero carbon design.

Its strategic location, with direct access to the Northampton Rail Freight Interchange and M1 Junction 15, enables 90% of the UK population to be reached within four hours while reducing the environmental impact of transportation.

With scalable capacity, temperature-controlled zones and the flexibility to support a growing product portfolio, this investment strengthens our ability to deliver reliable service while supporting the UK's transition to a more sustainable future.
