Oil Cashback Terms & Conditions

1.1 The promoter of this offer is Mitsubishi Electric Europe B.V., UK Branch, Travellers Lane, Hatfield, Hertfordshire, AL10 8XB ("Mitsubishi Electric" or the "Promoter").

2.1 Eligible installers will receive a £450 Prepaid Mastercard for each Qualifying Installation, subject to these Terms and Conditions.

2.2 The promotion is designed to support the installation of Mitsubishi Electric Ecodan air source heat pumps in eligible residential properties within Great Britain.

3.1 The promotion will commence on 5 October 2026 and will end on 31 March 2027 or when the Promotional Fund has been fully allocated, whichever occurs first.

3.2 To qualify for the promotion, the Mitsubishi Electric Ecodan system must have an Installation Date on or after 5 October 2026.

3.3 To qualify for the promotion, the Mitsubishi Electric Ecodan system must have been registered by 31 March 2027.

3.3 The total Promotional Fund available under this promotion is £77,850, equivalent to a maximum of 173 approved Qualifying Installations.

3.4 Rewards will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, according to the date and time a complete and compliant registration is submitted through RegisterME.

3.5 Once the Promotional Fund has been fully allocated, no further claims will be accepted, regardless of installation date.

3.6 Mitsubishi Electric reserves the right to suspend, withdraw, amend or extend the promotion where reasonably necessary due to circumstances beyond its control, regulatory requirements, fraud prevention measures or operational requirements.

For the purposes of this promotion:

Installation Date means the date on which commissioning of the Mitsubishi Electric Ecodan system is completed.

Parent RegisterME Account means the primary account registered with RegisterME to which individual users may be linked.

Qualifying Installation means an installation that satisfies all of the following criteria:

• A new Mitsubishi Electric Ecodan air source heat pump is installed at a residential property located within Great Britain;
• An existing oil-fired or LPG-fired boiler has been permanently decommissioned and replaced by the Mitsubishi Electric Ecodan air source heat pump installation;
• The Installation Date is on or after 5 October 2026;
• The installation is:
  • certified under the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS);

and either:

• • is supported by a Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) grant that has been successfully redeemed in accordance with scheme requirements; or
  • is supported by a Home Energy Scotland Grant that has been successfully approved and received in accordance with scheme requirements;
• The installation is registered via Mitsubishi Electric's RegisterME product registration platform by 31 March 2027 and within 90 days of the Installation Date; and
• All requirements set out in these Terms and Conditions have been complied with.

5.1 The promotion is open to professional heating installers and installation businesses operating within Great Britain.

5.2 The installer must have installed and commissioned the Qualifying Installation during the Promotion Period.

5.3 Employees of Mitsubishi Electric and any companies directly involved in the administration of this promotion may be excluded from participation.

5.4 This promotion may not be used in conjunction with, combined with, or claimed in addition to any other Mitsubishi Electric promotion, incentive, reward, cashback, voucher, rebate or special offer relating to the same installation, unless expressly agreed otherwise by Mitsubishi Electric in writing. For the avoidance of doubt, participation in this promotion does not prevent participation in the Mitsubishi Electric Product Registration Prize Draw.

5.5 Rewards under this promotion will be allocated to the Parent RegisterME Account associated with the relevant installation registration. Where multiple users operate under a single RegisterME account structure, only the Parent RegisterME Account holder shall be eligible to receive and claim rewards under this promotion.

6.1 All Qualifying Installations must be registered using Mitsubishi Electric's RegisterME platform within 90 days of the Installation Date.

6.2 Registrations submitted after the 90-day registration period shall not qualify for a reward under this promotion.

6.3 Mitsubishi Electric reserves the right to request evidence to verify a claim, including but not limited to:

• MCS certification documentation;
• BUS grant approval and redemption confirmation;
• Product serial numbers;
• Commissioning records;
• Customer and installation address details; and
• Photographic evidence of the installed Ecodan system.

6.4 In order to verify eligibility, Mitsubishi Electric may require evidence demonstrating compliance with one of the eligibility routes set out in the definition of a Qualifying Installation.

6.5 Requested supporting documentation must be provided within 30 days of request. Failure to provide satisfactory evidence within this period may result in the claim being rejected.

7.1 To ensure fair participation across the installer network, each installer or installation business may claim rewards on a maximum of six (6) Qualifying Installations during any rolling three-calendar-month period, calculated from the date of each Qualifying Installation.

7.2 Installations exceeding the applicable limit will not qualify for a reward unless Mitsubishi Electric has formally communicated a revised installation limit in writing.

7.3 Mitsubishi Electric reserves the right to increase the installer claim limit during the Promotion Period. Any increase will not adversely affect existing participants.

8.1 Approved claims will receive one £450 Prepaid Mastercard per Qualifying Installation.

8.2 The Prepaid Mastercard will be delivered to the name and registered postal address associated with the Parent RegisterME Account under which the relevant Qualifying Installation has been registered.

8.3 Installers are responsible for ensuring that the name, postal address and email address associated with the Parent RegisterME Account are accurate and up to date.

8.4 Rewards will only be issued following verification and approval of the claim by Mitsubishi Electric.

8.5 Approved Prepaid Mastercards will be distributed within 30 days of Mitsubishi Electric confirming that all eligibility criteria have been satisfied.

8.6 Mitsubishi Electric accepts no responsibility for rewards not received due to incorrect, incomplete or inaccurate contact information provided by the claimant, including postal or email address details.

8.7 Prepaid Mastercards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.

8.8 The Prepaid Mastercard is supplied and administered by a third-party provider and is subject to the provider's own terms and conditions, including any applicable expiry dates, restrictions and fees.

8.9 Participants are responsible for any personal, business or taxation consequences arising from receipt of a reward under this promotion.

8.10 Mitsubishi Electric accepts no responsibility for any services provided by the Prepaid Mastercard issuer, including card activation, card usage, expiry, replacement or administration.

8.11 In order to facilitate the fulfilment and delivery of the Prepaid Mastercard, Mitsubishi Electric may provide the Parent RegisterME Account holder's name, postal address and email address to Love2shop or another third-party reward fulfilment provider appointed by Mitsubishi Electric. Such information will be used solely for the purpose of administering the promotion, delivering the reward and communicating reward fulfilment updates.

8.12 The email address associated with the Parent RegisterME Account may be used by Mitsubishi Electric to communicate the status of a claim, eligibility confirmation, reward approval and reward fulfilment updates.

8.13 Where a Qualifying Installation is registered by a user operating under a Parent RegisterME Account, the reward shall be issued only to the Parent RegisterME Account holder. Mitsubishi Electric accepts no responsibility for the allocation of rewards between users within the same organisation.

9.1 Mitsubishi Electric reserves the right to verify all claims and conduct audits before or after a reward has been issued.

9.2 Any claim that contains false, misleading, incomplete or inaccurate information may be rejected.

9.3 Mitsubishi Electric reserves the right to withhold, refuse, cancel or recover any reward where it reasonably believes that:

• A claim has been submitted fraudulently;
• Eligibility requirements have not been met;
• Documentation has been falsified;
• Claims have been artificially structured or duplicated; or
• The promotion has otherwise been manipulated contrary to its spirit or intended purpose.

10.1 The following installations are not eligible for a reward:

• Installations that are not:

o   certified under the Microgeneration Certification Scheme (MCS);

o   supported by a Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) grant that has been successfully redeemed in accordance with scheme requirements; or

o   supported by a Home Energy Scotland Grant that has been successfully approved and received in accordance with scheme requirements;

·        Installations where an existing oil-fired or LPG-fired boiler has not been permanently decommissioned and replaced by the Mitsubishi Electric Ecodan air source heat pump installation;

• Installations commissioned before 5 October 2026;
• Installations not registered through RegisterME within 90 days of the Installation Date;
• Installations exceeding the applicable installer claim limit;
• Installations that have already qualified for, or are submitted under, another Mitsubishi Electric promotion, incentive, reward, cashback, voucher, rebate or special offer, unless otherwise authorised by Mitsubishi Electric in writing;
• Installations completed outside the Promotion Period; and

Installations for which the Promotional Fund has already been exhausted.

11.1 Rewards under this promotion are payable solely to the eligible installation business or Parent RegisterME Account holder that submitted or is associated with the qualifying registration.

11.2 Rewards will be issued as £450 Prepaid Mastercards.

11.3 Rewards are not intended for, and need not be passed on to, the end customer unless expressly agreed by Mitsubishi Electric.

12.1 Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall exclude or limit Mitsubishi Electric's liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12.2 Subject to Clause 12.1, Mitsubishi Electric shall not be liable for any loss, damage or expense suffered by any participant arising from participation in this promotion or any cancellation, suspension or amendment of it.

13.1 Personal data supplied in connection with this promotion will be processed by Mitsubishi Electric for the purposes of administering the promotion, verifying eligibility, preventing fraud and distributing rewards.

13.2 In order to facilitate the fulfilment and delivery of rewards, Mitsubishi Electric may share relevant participant information, including the Parent RegisterME Account holder's name, postal address and email address, with Love2shop and/or any other third-party reward fulfilment provider appointed by Mitsubishi Electric.

13.3 Any third-party recipient of personal data will be required to process such information only for the purposes of administering and fulfilling rewards associated with this promotion and in accordance with applicable data protection legislation.

13.4 Personal data will be processed in accordance with applicable UK data protection legislation and Mitsubishi Electric's Privacy Policy, available at les.mitsubishielectric.co.uk/product-registration-privacy-policy

13.5 By participating in this promotion, claimants acknowledge that their contact details may be shared with Love2shop or another appointed fulfilment provider for the purpose of reward fulfilment.

14.1 Prepaid Mastercards are non-transferable and no cash alternative or substitute reward will be provided except where required by law.

14.2 Mitsubishi Electric's decision regarding eligibility, verification and reward distribution will be final in all matters relating to the administration of the promotion.

14.3 If any provision of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14.4 By participating in this promotion, installers agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

14.5 These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Receive a £450 Prepaid Mastercard for Eligible Mitsubishi Electric Ecodan Installations

• Ecodan installation must be commissioned on or after 5 October 2026.
• Installation must be at a residential property within Great Britain.
• Installation must:

o    be MCS certified;

And either:

o   be supported by a Boiler Upgrade Scheme (BUS) grant that has been successfully redeemed; or

o   be supported by a Home Energy Scotland Grant that has been successfully approved and received.

• Installation must be registered through RegisterME within 90 days of commissioning.
• Maximum six qualifying installations per installer in any rolling three-month period.
• £77,850 promotional fund available (maximum 173 qualifying installations).
• Rewards allocated on a first-come, first-served basis for complete and compliant RegisterME submissions.
• This promotion cannot be used in conjunction with any other Mitsubishi Electric promotion relating to the same installation unless expressly agreed otherwise by Mitsubishi Electric.
• Rewards will be issued only to the Parent RegisterME Account associated with the qualifying installation registration.
• Successful claimants will receive a £450 Prepaid Mastercard.
• The Prepaid Mastercard will be delivered to the name and registered postal address associated with the Parent RegisterME Account.
• The email address associated with the Parent RegisterME Account will be used to communicate eligibility and reward status updates.
• Name, postal address and email address details may be shared with Love2shop or another fulfilment provider for reward administration and delivery purposes.
• Rewards will be distributed within 30 days of claim approval.
• The Prepaid Mastercard is subject to the card issuer's own terms and conditions, including any applicable expiry dates and restrictions.
• Promotion runs from 5 October 2026 to 31 March 2027 or until funds are exhausted, whichever occurs first.
