Benefits to housing developers

Our Technology

We have a range of heating and ventilation equipment that meets the essential requirements of new and existing homes, no matter what their size. This includes in-built reliability to provide a comfortable environment and help homeowners and tenants to reduce both carbon emissions and running costs.

Our Knowledge

We have a range of documents to help installers, developers, homeowners and tenants understand the housing challenges ahead. We also have an online blog site called The Hub where the key housing issues are discussed regularly by experts including external editors of major housing magazines.

We strive to ensure optimum performance of equipment

We have recommended service and maintenance plans in order to ensure optimum efficiency and operation of equipment throughout its lifecycle. We also run courses to cover best practice for installation and maintenance contractors.

Dedicated interfaces for efficient control

We have dedicated web-based controllers designed for energy efficient control of our heating and ventilation systems. For our Ecodan range we have MELCloud control which enables you and your customers to monitor their Ecodan system via their smartphone. MELCloud delivers advance reporting and monitoring and, with an additional Metering, Monitoring Service Package (MMSP) systems can be eligible for additional payback incentives under the Government's RHI scheme.

We believe that global climate challenges need local solutions. Our aim is to help you to reduce the energy consumption of your buildings, lower carbon emissions and lower running costs.

Each team within Mitsubishi Electric strives to provide customers with the best possible service; whether it's pre-sales design and specification, installation and after-sales maintenance support, we can offer solutions that deliver the quality and excellence you would expect to help make a world of difference.

Happy Customers

When we look at the energy performance of the whole building we always take a fabric-first approach but we still need a heating system and air source heat pumps are ideal in meeting planning regulations and delivering reliable heating all year round.
