Benefits to education sector

A range of products that meets essential requirements

We have a range of heating, cooling and ventilation equipment that meets the essential requirements of a wide range of education facilities. These all include reliability and innovation as standard, whilst providing a comfortable environment and helping the building and its operators to reduce both carbon emissions and running costs.

A focus on understanding the key education application challenges

We have a dedicated Corporate Sales team who have created a range of documents to keep you informed of any changes in legislation, new product features or simple industry information. We also run seminars and training tailored to suit the requirements of the education sector.

We strive to ensure optimum performance of your equipment

We have recommended maintenance programmes in order to ensure optimum efficiency and operation of your equipment throughout its lifecycle. We also run courses to cover best practice for maintenance contractors.

Dedicated interfaces for efficient control

We have dedicated centralised controllers designed for energy efficient control of our HVAC systems. Our advanced range can also control third-party equipment such as lighting and alarms, allowing for easy, advance saving and energy metering across the whole building. With our Remote Monitoring Interfaces, you can also control and monitor all systems via a PC or smart device.

How WE can help YOU

The education sector faces the challenges of complying with legislation, whilst delivering comfortable, energy-efficient buildings with lower running costs.

We believe that these challenges need local solutions and our aim is to help you to reduce the energy consumption of your buildings, whilst also reducing carbon emissions and lowering running costs.

Each team within Mitsubishi Electric strives to provide customers with the best possible service; whether its pre-sales design and specification, installation and after-sales maintenance support, we can offer solutions that deliver the quality and excellence you would expect to help make a world of difference.

Ask ME about Public Sector Funding

The Public Sector Decarbonisation scheme is aimed at taking a ‘whole building’ approach to heat decarbonisation, combining heat decarbonisation with energy efficiency measures.

Most healthcare buildings in the public sector still rely on fossil fuel-based heating and, as these heating systems approach the end of their working lives, it is an ideal opportunity to transition those systems to low carbon heating.

The Public Sector Decarbonisation Scheme puts the public sector at the forefront of decarbonising buildings in the UK and in a leadership role to create exemplar projects in our communities that pave the way, helping the UK to meet its Carbon Budgets and Net Zero commitments.

Happy Customers

UCL made an excellent choice with Mitsubishi Electric’s R32 air conditioning units, which are stylish, sophisticated and highly energy efficient. We were able to install the wall mounted system in a timely and efficient manner, with minimal disruption to staff and students

University College London Project,
Artic Building Services

The decision to install a Lossnay system has provided the University with the perfect answer to provide rooms with excellent ventilation, with the added advantage of low running costs

Principal Electrical Engineer on the De Montfort University Project,
Mott MacDonald

The inclusion of the Ecodan means that the school only needs about half the plant room required for a traditional gas or oil fired system, which not only saves on the building costs but also frees up valuable, additional space for education provision.
