1. Prize Draw entry period: Prize draw opens each day at 9am until 5pm for 12th & 13th March 2025.
2. How to enter: Complete the ‘Prize Draw’ form available on stand DC315 by entering your contact details and agreeing to the terms & conditions of the prize draw. The winner will be picked at random by Friday 28th March 2025 and notified by Mitsubishi Electric via email.
Mitsubishi Electric accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
3. No purchase is necessary to enter the prize draw.
4. Each entrant agrees to accept these terms and conditions in their entirety as a condition to entry.
5. Eligibility: You must be aged 18 years old or over. You must be resident in Great Britain (England, Wales, and Scotland only). Competition is open to trade professionals. If you are an employed trade professional, you must ensure that your participation complies with your employer’s code of conduct.
6. Mitsubishi Electric employees and their immediate family members resident at the employee’s home address and anyone professionally connected with the competition is not eligible to enter.
7. Mitsubishi Electric will not accept multiple entries per company, person or email address.
8. Mitsubishi Electric reserves the right to exclude any entry where it has reasonable grounds to consider that the entrant is in breach of these Terms.
9. The winner will be announced by Friday 28th March and will be picked at random. Each entry will be allocated a number which will be entered into https://app-sorteos.com/en/apps/random-numbers-generator
10. The winner will be notified via email.
11. The prize is a Apple iPad, Silver 10th Gen, JBL Headphones & Meta pen Pencil. The winner will need to notify Mitsubishi Electric their postal address for delivery. These will be despatched from Mitsubishi Electric and via tracked courier.
12. Exclusion of liability: Insofar as is permitted by law, Mitsubishi Electric or its agents will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or the entrants or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize or participating in the competition except where it is caused by the negligence of Mitsubishi Electric or its agents or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected..
13. No cash alternative or other alternative prize is available.
14. Mitsubishi Electric reserves the right generally by notice to (i) suspend or discontinue the competition at any time; and/or (ii) to cancel the competition or amend any of these conditions if deemed necessary in its sole discretion; in each case without liability. The method of notification shall be at Mitsubishi Electric’s sole discretion.
15. The winner agrees to participate in any publicity as may be reasonably requested by Mitsubishi Electric. The winner agrees that Mitsubishi Electric may feature the winner by name, use their image in their social media activity. The winner agrees that Mitsubishi Electric will hold a royalty-free irrevocable licence for each of these purposes.
16. Mitsubishi Electric's decision on all matters relating to the competition is final.
