This web chat (“Web Chat”) is provided by Mitsubishi Electric Europe B.V., a Netherlands limited liability company with a registered English branch (registered number FC019156, BR003391) with its principal place of business in England at Travellers Lane, Hatfield, Herts AL10 8XB (“we”/ “us”).
Web Chat allows you to have an online conversation with a member of staff from the Mitsubishi Electric ‘Partner Programme’ team (“Partner Programme”).
Eligibility for access
Web Chat is only available for ‘Diamond Quality Partners’ under the Partner Programme.
You must only use the Web Chat for queries relating to your ‘Diamond Quality Partner’ status and any assistance related to the content on the ‘Customer Portal’.
The Web Chat must not be used for any query related to Mitsubishi Electric goods and services. Such queries must be forwarded to the sales channel those goods and services were procured.
We cannot guarantee that you will have continuous access to the Web Chat. If the Web Chat is unavailable to you, then this may be because of software upgrades, preventative maintenance activities or simply because a member of staff is not available to respond to your query.
The Web Chat is available Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays) from 9:30am to 4:30pm (“Core Hours”) The Web Chat is not available outside the Core Hours.
Any correspondence posted outside the Core Hours will be reviewed on the next working day.

- Partner Programme; and
- assistance with the use of materials provided on the Customer Portal.
