The Best Heat Pump Brand Awards
Our Best Heat Pump Brand Award was born out of a simple idea: to let homeowners decide which brands deserve recognition.
Over three months, from October to December 2024, more than 5,700 votes were cast by homeowners across the UK. These votes reflected genuine, real-world satisfaction with heat pump brands based on performance, reliability and customer support.
The results highlighted both established names and rising stars in the industry. Mitsubishi Electric, driven by its renowned Ecodan heat pump, claimed the top spot with 10.36% of the votes, earning the title of Best Heat Pump Brand in the UK for 2025. What makes this award unique is its simplicity and accessibility.
Homeowners were not asked to rank technical specifications or provide detailed surveys but simply to vote for the brand they trusted and recommended.
