A team of highly skilled engineers is on-hand to respond to your queries regarding product installation, commissioning and fault-finding. Each dedicated support function operates Monday to Friday, 8.00am – 6.00pm and Saturday, 8:00am - 12:00pm. We also offer an out of hours emergency support service.

We offer a professional commissioning service which involves our engineers carrying out a complete and unbiased inspection and appraisal of the installed system. This inspection forms a comprehensive “Commissioning Log Book” with a “true” diagnostic operating record of the working system which is provided to you.
