Service & Maintenance: Yearly System Service

• • Please note that we aim to arrange services between April and September to ensure we can attend winter related calls and concerns as a priority.

  • Site visits are on the basis the Ecodan Unit is accessible from ground level and that there are no abnormal installation conditions.  We may charge you for any reasonable expenses incurred in providing access and safety equipment to the engineer to access the system.

  • Should the engineer exceed a time frame of 2 hours on you free call out, additional charges will be applied at £68 per hour.

  • Please note that if your home is in a remote area, we reserve the right to apply additional charges for increased travel costs

  • We will not commence services to you during 14 day cooling off period unless you request us to begin services – by doing that, you will have to pay for service received even if you decide to cancel the agreement.
